Jean Claude Van Damme Good Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Eat your veggies or God kills a puppy!

This is really just an elaborate Bloodsport joke disguised as a recipe

80’s Training Montage Music

2 lbs Brussel Sprouts

2-3 Table Spoons Olive Oil

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • Preheat Oven to 400°
  • Rinse the sprouts under warm water.  Remove the ends and any discolored leaves.
  • Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.
  • Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.  Make sure that each sprout is well coated with oil.
  • Spread the sprouts out evenly on a baking pan.

    Poor unsuspecting sprouts. They have no idea they’ll soon be shoved in a burning hot oven.

  • Roast for 30-40 minutes until fork tender.

Dance for joy because you just made something healthy and delicious!
