80’s Training Montage Music
2 lbs Brussel Sprouts
2-3 Table Spoons Olive Oil
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- Preheat Oven to 400°
- Rinse the sprouts under warm water. Remove the ends and any discolored leaves.
- Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.
- Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Make sure that each sprout is well coated with oil.
- Spread the sprouts out evenly on a baking pan.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes until fork tender.
Dance for joy because you just made something healthy and delicious!
